Terms

The product

ReviewTap sells a custom acrylic sign containing an NFC chip and a printed QR code. Both are programmed with the Google review link you provide. The sign gives customers a quick way to open that page; it does not create, filter, or influence reviews.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a correct Google review link and a logo you have the right to use.
• Use the sign in line with Google's review policies. Do not offer incentives for reviews or ask only satisfied customers.

Orders and changes

Signs are made to order. Email us as soon as possible if you need to correct your logo or link; once a sign is printed and programmed, it cannot be changed.

Problems with your sign

If your sign arrives damaged or its NFC chip or QR code does not open your link, contact us at batistajb@protonmail.com and we will make it right.
