Do customers need an app?
No. Tapping the sign uses the NFC reader already built into the phone, and scanning the QR code uses the phone's camera. Your Google review page opens in the browser.
Does NFC work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Recent iPhones read NFC tags when held near the top of the phone, and Android phones with NFC turned on do the same. If a phone doesn't support NFC, the QR code on the sign works with any camera.
Can I add my business logo?
Yes. After you order, email your logo to batistajb@protonmail.com and we print it on your sign.
How does the QR code work?
The QR code printed on your sign points to the same Google review link as the NFC chip. A customer opens their camera, points it at the code, and taps the link that appears.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the sign. The NFC chip and QR code are programmed with your link and keep working without a subscription.
How do I provide my Google Review link?
Paste it into the order form. In your Google Business Profile, look for "Ask for reviews" (or "Get more reviews") and copy the link it shows. Not sure which link to use? Order anyway and we'll help you find it.
How fast will my sign ship?
The same day you order. We customize your sign, program it with your review link, and ship it free via UPS. Check its status and UPS tracking number any time on the Track Order page with your order number and email. Questions? Write to batistajb@protonmail.com.
